CateringKu - Food Photography

Overview

During my academic journey, I was involved in a course focused on the practical application of business concepts, which led to the creation of CateringKu, a startup founded with my team. CateringKu serves the F&B sector, specifically catering subscriptions, by offering a variety of local menu options tailored to client preferences.

As one of the founders, my role extended beyond management. I actively contributed to building the brand’s visual identity through food photography. In this role, I was responsible for creating compelling visuals, including photography, composition, and overall presentation. I also ensured that each stage of the process was executed carefully and cohesively.

Photography Process

Through close collaboration with my team, we aligned our creative vision to produce high-quality images. In each photoshoot session, we paid close attention to technical aspects such as lighting and camera angles, while also capturing the essence of each dish.

Our goal was to highlight the uniqueness and visual appeal of every meal in order to attract audience attention.

Strong collaboration within the team helped improve the quality of each image and ensured that our intended message was clearly communicated. As a result, each image not only served as a visual representation of the product but also reflected the values and identity of CateringKu.
